Return Policy

Seeking Ye First has a 10-day return policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 days.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise - all returns must be insured - SYF will issue a refund in the amount of the merchandise, less shipping and handling charges.

Damage Policy

Seeking Ye First carefully packages your order to protect against breakage. However, if a piece is damaged in transit, contact us immediately by email or by calling toll free: 888-233-0601.

Please keep all broken and unbroken products, all packing material and the cartons. We will contact you with instructions regarding replacement or credit as soon as possible.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
